​Blue Cross Blue Shield Pathways Grant
Program Manager: Sarah Foreman, Staff: Adriane Hatcher. Partnering with many entities in the community, we will bring positive HEAL (Healthy Eating, Active Living) changes to Seward County. Funds will be available to community agencies and organizations that are willing to partner with LACF on implementing positive change. Up to $400,000, through 2024

Kansas Health Foundation Early Literacy Grant
Program Manager: Sarah Foreman, Staff: Marilyn Svaty. To increase early childhood literacy in Seward County. $300,000 through March 31, 2023
Kansas Health Foundation Integrated Voter Engagement Grant
Program Manager: Kay Burtzloff, Staff: Debra Huddleston, Kathleen Alonso, Charity Horinek. For building a concentrated, multi-generational effort to increase voter registration and turnout in our area. $225,000 through June 2025
Navigator Grant (Sub-Awardee through Thrive Allen County)

Liberal Farmer's Market
A weekly market providing central, community access to local homemade and homegrown fresh produce and products, as well as vendor opportunities for area farmers, bakers, cooks, food preservers, and artisans of all types. Every Saturday, May through September, 8 am to Noon in the Village Plaza Parking Lot in Liberal.
